Who Am I?

Charlotte Secco

Couples therapist

I grew up in Paris, in a family with Italian, Russian, and Swiss roots. This diverse cultural background has given me a deep appreciation for the unique stories each individual brings to a relationship, and the fascinating dynamics between people. During my studies in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources, I developed a strong passion for helping people grow—both in their personal lives and careers. I am truly captivated by the stories people share, and it brings me great fulfillment to support individuals as they unlock their potential, overcome obstacles, and build healthier relationships.

My Journey

My development as a couples therapist

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals in their personal and professional development, both as individuals and as valuable members of a team. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work has been guiding teams through conflict resolution and helping them find new, more harmonious ways of collaborating. These moments of growth and trust were incredibly fulfilling for me.

After over 15 years of experience working with leaders and teams in large organizations, coaching them through transitions and difficult situations, I realized I wanted to take a deeper, more personal approach. This led me to specialize in systemic therapy and couples therapy, where I focus on helping couples strengthen their connection and navigate their challenges together. My goal is to support couples in creating long-lasting, fulfilling relationships.

What defines me

A Parisian in Munich

A Parisian in Munich In 2016, I moved from Paris to Munich to live with my Greek-German (soon to be) husband, whom I had met in Thailand. This experience certainly gave my own interest in multicultural relationships a boost! Adjusting to a new city, culture, and social codes was not always easy, but it gave me invaluable insights that allow me to approach couples going through similar transitions with greater empathy and understanding. As a mother of two, I also understand the intensity of the challenges couples can face, particularly in intercultural relationships. The differences that come with these relationships can be both enriching and challenging. However, I firmly believe that every challenge presents an opportunity to grow stronger together.

Building Stronger Connections

I am deeply committed to helping couples not only face their challenges but use them as stepping stones to build deeper, more meaningful connections. Every relationship has the potential to grow and evolve, and I am here to support you in that journey. If you're ready to strengthen your bond, overcome obstacles, and create a fulfilling and harmonious partnership, I look forward to working with you. Together, we can build a healthier, more connected relationship.
